Enquiry information that does not become a client engagement will normally be reviewed and deleted or minimised when it is no longer useful for a genuine business follow-up.

Client project, contractual and financial records may need to be retained for longer periods required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.

The current Enable FDE site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.

A local browser preference may be stored to remember interface settings such as light or dark mode.

Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver, protect or diagnose the service.

8. Data processed during client work

An FDE engagement may require access to client systems or data. The engagement agreement will define the permitted purpose, access model and responsibilities where appropriate.

Where MYESCAPEPLAN LTD acts as a processor on behalf of a client, the client remains responsible for determining the lawful purpose and instructions for that processing and the parties will enter into a data-processing agreement where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent supervisory authority.

Rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions, so they do not apply in exactly the same way in every circumstance.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data and project information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

No internet, email, cloud or software system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive access information should only be shared through an agreed secure channel.
