1. About Enable FDE

Enable FDE provides Forward Deployed Engineering services across AI, data, software, systems integration and operational automation.

The operating model is hands-on: Enable FDE may work directly with client teams, repositories, cloud environments, data, third-party systems and operational workflows in order to understand and deliver an agreed production outcome.

Services may include fixed-scope deployment or diagnostic sprints and embedded Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.

2. Website information is not a binding offer

Descriptions of services, delivery approaches, examples, technologies, timelines, outcomes and availability on this website are general information.

They may change before an engagement is agreed and do not create a binding obligation to provide services.

We may decline an enquiry where we are not the right fit, do not have appropriate availability, cannot obtain the access needed to work safely, or cannot agree suitable commercial and delivery terms.

3. Engagement models

A client engagement may be structured as a fixed-scope sprint, an embedded engineering engagement, a diagnostic or discovery engagement, or another model agreed in writing.

A fixed-scope engagement is appropriate where the desired outcome, assumptions, dependencies and boundaries can be defined with reasonable confidence.

An embedded engagement is appropriate where discovery and implementation must happen together inside the client environment and priorities may evolve as the underlying workflow becomes better understood.

4. Scope and change control

The applicable engagement agreement will describe the agreed scope, deliverables or outcomes, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, client responsibilities, commercial terms and any acceptance process.

Where new information materially changes the work required, the parties may agree to change scope, timing, price, priorities or engagement model.

We are not required to perform materially out-of-scope work unless that change is agreed.

5. Fees, taxes and third-party costs

Any binding fee, rate, payment schedule or expense arrangement will be stated in the relevant engagement agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in that agreement, quoted fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.

Third-party software, cloud, data, model, API, licensing, travel or other external costs are not included unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.

6. Client access and responsibilities

Forward Deployed Engineering often depends on timely access to people, systems, code, data, environments and decisions controlled by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to provide the access and materials they make available to us and for identifying any restrictions that apply.

Credentials and sensitive access should be provided using an agreed secure method and should be limited to what is reasonably required for the engagement.

7. Intellectual property

The Enable FDE website, branding, copy, graphics and original public materials are owned by or licensed to MYESCAPEPLAN LTD.

Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables, source code, configurations, documentation, pre-existing materials, reusable know-how and third-party components are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences and terms.

8. AI, models and automated systems

Some engagements may use machine-learning models, generative AI, agentic systems or other probabilistic components.

Outputs from those systems can be incomplete, incorrect or non-deterministic and may require evaluation, guardrails, monitoring or human review appropriate to the use case.

The engagement agreement will determine the responsibilities, controls and acceptance criteria that apply to any production AI system we deliver or integrate.

9. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party cloud platforms, APIs, data providers, model providers, SaaS products, payment providers or other software.

Those services have their own terms, prices, limits, security models, availability and data-processing practices.

We are not responsible for independent changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

10. Confidentiality, security and data protection

Confidentiality, information-security obligations and data-protection roles for paid work will be addressed in the applicable engagement agreement where required.

Where MYESCAPEPLAN LTD processes personal data on behalf of a client, the parties will document their respective roles and enter into a data-processing agreement where required by law.

11. MyEscapePlan

MyEscapePlan is a separate travel technology product operated by MYESCAPEPLAN LTD and is used on this website as evidence of production engineering experience.

References to MyEscapePlan do not grant access to its APIs, software, data, supplier relationships or commercial services.

If an Enable FDE engagement uses or integrates MyEscapePlan technology, the applicable rights and commercial terms will be agreed separately.

12. Case studies and illustrative material

Case studies, diagrams, workflows, interfaces, metrics and technical examples may simplify a system or omit confidential implementation details.

Where we describe a production system or measured result, the description is intended to communicate the nature of the work, not to guarantee that another engagement will produce the same commercial or technical result.

13. Acceptable use

You may use this website for legitimate personal or business evaluation of Enable FDE.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation, availability or security of the website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems connected to it;
• introduce malware or harmful material;
• systematically extract substantial parts of the website without permission;
• misrepresent Enable FDE or MyEscapePlan material as your own; or
• use the website for an unlawful purpose.

14. Website availability and external links

We aim to keep this website accurate, secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of public information will always be current.

The website may contain links to MyEscapePlan or independently operated third-party services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not mean MYESCAPEPLAN LTD controls or endorses that third party.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The public website is provided for general information and business evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYESCAPEPLAN LTD is not responsible for loss arising solely from decisions made in reliance on general website marketing information without an agreed professional engagement.

Liability arising from a paid Enable FDE engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, services, operating model or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published here and identified by the “Last updated” date.

17. Governing law

These website terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
